When you start a new game in Code Vein you’ll be asked to customize your appearance before you begin. However, you can customize the look of your character at any time in the game, once you’ve made it to a certain point. After you’ve arrived at the Home Base hub in Code Vein there will be an area in the hub to change your appearance.
