Bungie officially bids farewell to Halo

Bungie has been in the process of handing over the reigns of the Halo franchise for some time.  Today the company finally relinquished all control of their long running franchise, as Bungie.net is no longer the center of the Halo universe. Before it was fashionable to keep track of your vital statistics, Bungie offered this service free to all players as early as Halo 2, gave players the ability to capture their game sessions in Halo 3, and in the process amassed an insane amount of in-game data. Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV Announced at BlizzCon

Well, that’s one way to get your fans back. Following months of backlash (or years, depending on when you start the count), Blizzard kicked off BlizzCon 2019 with some massive fan favorite announcements. Diablo IV and Overwatch 2 were the headliners, though more could be coming as the show continues.
