Back when Resident Evil first began, you weren’t all that mobile. There’s a reason they called them “tank controls” as your character moved around, quite literally like a tank. Many video games feature a lock pick, or some other means of opening locked doors that you couldn’t normally open. Few feature it so prominently or have a character as intrinsically tied to the concept as much as Resident Evil and Jill Valentine. The “master of unlocking” as she was called in the very first game for PlayStation, has returned for the latest remake in the series. The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask 3D has finally had its chance to shine with the recent re-release of the game on the Nintendo 3DS. Many younger games are getting to experience this gem for the first time and are just figuring how the game’s mask mechanic works.
