H1Z1 developers launched an update for the Early Access survival title last night, and after doing so, realized that a bug “slipped in.” Over 12 hours ago, President of Sony Online Entertainment John Smedley announced that the servers were up following the update. Then five hours after, he announced an apology for the extended downtime and that they were still working on two issues. Square Enix has released by surprise a new package of free DLC content for the PS4 compilation Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5+2.5 ReMIX. Available right now at the PlayStation Store, owners of the game will have now access to a new theater mode for the original Kingdom Hearts, which allows to watch all the cutscenes of the game directly from the main menu, as well as an additional scene that expands the end of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. It’s a sad day for fans and employees of video game peripheral maker Mad Catz, as the company has filed for bankruptcy in both Canada and the US. According to Game Informer, the move comes after every single one of the company’s directors and officers turned in their resignations Thursday.
