A couple of days ago Don Mattrick traded his position at Microsoft for one at Zynga as CEO and that move sure made his wallet a bit heavier.
However, Mattrick will not receive that money his first day on the job. He received a $5 million signing bonus, a yearly salary of $1 million and $40 million in stock options. 25 of those 40 will be invested over 3 years with the remaining 15 over 5 years.
Don Mattrick will also receive further $7 million in stock option from 2014 onward based on performance reviews.
